Midwest Concierge of Naples will provide the personalized, quality medical care that patients desire and deserve by limiting the total practice size to 50 patients. With extended office visits, Dr. Troup will truly get to know each patient as an individual, not a list of diagnoses. She is here to optimize your healthcare and well being, and will work to exceed your expectations.
APPOINTMENTS
New patient appointments and annual physical exams will be scheduled for 2 hours to develop an individualized treatment plan of care. Visits are relaxed and thorough with emphasis on addressing your questions and needs. Extended office visits will be scheduled for all follow up appointments, allowing sufficient time to discuss any questions or concerns that you may have regarding diagnostic test results and suggested procedures. Dr. Troup will assist you in making informed decisions and ensuring continuity of care with your specialists. She will respect your time and do her best to ensure that appointments start on time.
ACCESSIBILITY
Patients will value the convenience of prompt appointments in the office, at home, or by phone. Acute illness appointments will be scheduled the same day or within 24 hours of notification, when possible. Routine visits and annual exams will be scheduled during normal clinic hours Monday-Friday. As a member of Midwest Concierge of Naples, you will have Dr. Troup's personal cell phone number to ensure access outside of routine office hours. House calls will be provided on a limited basis, when medically necessary.
